1. Operation & Location Agreements

These provisions apply to all locations where Sentique Vending places a machine for operation.

• Revenue Sharing: The location holder receives a commission of exactly 20% of the gross revenue generated by the machine at the respective location.
• Ownership: The machine, hardware, and inventory remain at all times the full property of Sentique Vending.
• Maintenance: Sentique Vending is responsible for regular maintenance, technical repairs, and refilling the perfume stock.
• Location Obligations: The location provides the necessary space and power supply free of charge. The location holder bears no risk for the initial investment or operating costs.

2. Hardware Sales (B2B)

For entrepreneurs proceeding with the purchase of their own Sentique Perfume Machine.

• Delivery: Transport and import costs are passed on to the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Warranty: The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects of the hardware. Wear and tear from intensive use (for example, with a volume higher than 300 sprays per week) falls outside the standard warranty.
• Payment: Given the value of the hardware and perfume set, full payment must be settled before delivery, unless a down payment of at least 50% has been recorded in writing.

3. Use & Consumption (The Spray)

• Rate: The standard price per spray is fixed at €1.50 including VAT, unless otherwise indicated on the machine.
• Liability: Sentique Vending is not liable for indirect damage, such as allergic reactions or stains in clothing/textiles, resulting from the use of the perfumes offered.
• Transactions: Any payment fees are borne by the operator; the consumer only pays the displayed rate per spray.

4. Intellectual Property & Branding

The brand, logo, and visual branding of Sentique Vending are protected. Third parties are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or remove logos, stickers, or branding elements without express written permission, even after purchasing a device.
